Being a photographer yourself, you would ever model for someone else?

I have in the past, when I first moved into taking photographs of people that weren't just friends. It really helped with how to direct people etc. I would model again if asked by the right photographer but I wouldn't ever really take it up myself. I much prefer creating and capturing!

ok driving was harder than before but it was nice, I like driving the challenge is a good change at the moment.

shoot went really well, cant wait to see the pictures, was having fun with my flash gun at 90 degrees so it wasn't direct but reflected well from the neutral colour walls I have. :D

cant wait to start editing things.

and game night on wednesday which is funny to.. my roman is collecting heads :/ kinda worrying... but amusing.

I think thats about it for now.

Dying hair and cutting it again tomorrow, thank god lol. Back to short and no roots :D

the plan is to edit as much as I can as I seem to be getting behind.

venice and life

so..

first year is over at uni... apparently I need to dark and creepy work as it is more me :) im happy with that, i always kept away from it with uni because I came to the conclusion it wasn't what they wanted or that I should at least try and do more varied work.

Im good with life, its happy.

Re-enactment is fun.

Did a shoot with a close friend of mine with a skull, knife, lambs hearts.... and the rest was history :P

Did a gothic style death shoot... playing dead is such a fun idea....

oh and im moving in with Dan next year, we have found the loveliest little studio apartment in a victorian loft conversion :D

my work is also starting to create really amazing things and people are liking it.

All I need is people to pay me for my work oh and have reliable models.... between crap reasons and excuses and none communication im annoyed but im going well with it.

Venice by the way is insanely beautiful. I had a great time there.

Ok this is my blog.

Currently im working on a project around the concept of imagined places. As well as this im also busy with my personal work which currently is involving portraits of Live Action Role Players (LARP) and landscapes.

I am using medium format for my imagined places project which is interesting as I have never really used it before, its wonderful in the way it slows you down and really gets you to think about the photos.

I have also recently become agency represented and soon to be published.
